Asia Pacific Youth Development Foundation Limited (AYF) has been selected to receive funding from Operation Santa Claus, a major annual charity campaign drive in Hong Kong held by the South China Morning Post and public broadcaster RTHK to operate the “D-Generation: Impact Career Programme)
Throughout the Programme, you will be working with the progressive impact organisations and students to support their meaningful projects towards sustainability and build up the portfolio of the participants.

Job Responsibilities
- Interview and Screening: Coordinate and schedule interviews with prospective students, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Review student applications and conduct screenings based on predefined criteria.
- Student Orientation and Preparation: Conduct orientations and pre-visit sessions for students, providing them with essential information about the community partner, their mission, and the goals of the field visit. Prepare students for their interactions with partners and help them understand the importance of professionalism, respect, and active engagement
- Coordinate Field Visits: Plan and organize field visits to community partner locations, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution. This includes scheduling visits, arranging transportation if needed, and coordinating with community partners to ensure their availability.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field visits, including attendance, student reflections, and partner feedback. Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings, outcomes, and recommendations to inform program development and decision-making.
Remuneration
- $120-$150 /hr. Negotiable.
